The ACPSEM awards recognise achievements and contributions made by medical physicists, biomedical engineers and radiopharmaceutical scientists in advancing services and professional standards for the benefit and protection of the community.



The Awards

David Robinson Innovation Award – $1,200

Richard Bates Travel Award – maximum value of the scholarship is $5,000

Boyce Worthley Young Achiever Award – registration, travel, accommodation and invited speaker at the College’s next annual conference

PhD Award – $500

Kenneth Clarke Journal Award – $500

ACPSEM Distinguished Service Award – Medal

Clinical Leadership Award (in honour of Vera Page Last) – $500

*All Award winners receive a certificate


Please note:

The Clinical Leadership Award, launched in 2021, has yet to receive nominations. The award focuses on professional clinical achievements that enable the safe and effective introduction of better healthcare technologies and promotes the work of clinical medical physicists. Make 2022 the inaugural year for this Award.
